TSICET 2020 to be Conducted from September 30 to October 1

TSICET 2020 Exam Dates Announced

TSICET 2020 exam for the admission to MBA and MCA programmes in Telangana will take place on September 30 and October 1. The schedule for the other events of the exam has also been announced by Kakatiya University, Warangal, which conducts the test on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE). The last date to apply for the exam with a late fee of Rs 1,000 is August 25.

TSICET 2020 Important Dates

The TSICET 2020 exam date was postponed owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been announced on August 22.

The TSICET 2020 counselling process is likely to be conducted in the fifth week of October.

This year, the application with late fee of Rs 5,000 has been scrapped. While the original date of the exam was July 13, which was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Telangana High Court had directed the state government to postpone all state-level common entrance exams including TSICET on the wake of the pandemic.

Approximately 50,000 candidates appear for the exam every year. This year, the computer-based test (CBT) of 2.5 hours duration will be conducted in 16 cities across Telangana. Candidates had the opportunity to edit the test centre option in the application form between July 30 and August 6, 2020.
