BPSC 71st Prelims 2025 on September 13: Exam to be held from 12 PM to 2 PM across Bihar

BPSC has confirmed 71st CCE Prelims 2025 exam date. It will be held on September 13, from 12 PM to 2 PM across Bihar. Admit cards are expected soon.

Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has issued a notice regarding 71st Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination (BPSC 71st Prelims 2025), which will be conducted on September 13, 2025 from 12 pm to 2 pm, across various districts.

Commission in its notice has clarified that the exam schedule remains unchanged and has urged aspirants not to fall for rumours circulating on social media.

BPSC 71st CCE is being held for more than 1,250 vacancies in different state government departments. This recruitment process will be completed in three stages, Preliminary, Mains and Interview. Preliminary examination will have 150 objective-type questions carrying one mark each, and a penalty of one-third mark will be applied for every wrong answer.

Applications for 71st BPSC CCE were accepted between June 2 and June 30, 2025. The admit cards for the Preliminary examination are expected to be released in the first week of September on the official website of BPSC. The Commission in its notice has advised candidates to keep checking the BPSC portal and official social media handles for authentic updates and to ignore any misleading or unverified information.
