Indian Coast Guard has released important guidelines for the candidates appearing for in PSB Assistant Commandant 02/2021 (SRD) batch.
Indian Coast Guard has released important COVID-19 guidelines for candidates who will appear in PSB Assistant Commandant 02/2021 (SRD) batch. PSB will be conducted between January 20, 2021 and February 20, 2021. This is the first stage of the selection process.
As per the notification released by ICG, candidates should follow social distancing and other COVID-19 protocols while travelling in public transport. Any candidate with COVID-19 symptoms are advised not to move from their home station. If such a candidate reports to the centre he will be returned back during medical screening on arrival.
The candidate should carry their own hand sanitizers, face masks, face shields and pair of gloves. Along with their own hot or cold water bottles.
All candidates need to install “Arogya-Setu” in his mobile phone prior to leaving home station for PSB centre. Screenshot printout of having green status on the set App need to be taken while leaving home station and the same will be scrutinised on arrival at PSB centre. Also, candidates need to follow the mandatory quarantine policies of the respective states or the cities where PSBs are being conducted.
Apart from these, candidates need to carry a COVID-19 test report that states the individual is COVID negative. COVID negative report from an ICMR accredited laboratory. The date of the test should be within 72 hrs prior reporting date at PSB centre.
