RRB NTPC 2020 exam dates for CBT 1 to be announced before July 1

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are expected to announce RRB NTPC exam dates 2020 for CBT 1 before July 1, 2020. According to the media reports, the exam will be conducted by the end of this year. Earlier, RRBs have deferred the tender dates for hiring Exam Conducting Agency (ECA) till further notice due to the nationwide lockdown. The bidding process will conclude by June 8. Post that, RRBs will announce the exam dates.

Total 1,26,30,885 applications have been received against 35,208 vacancies. RRB NTPC notification was announced in March 2019. The application process of RRB NTPC started on March 1 and concluded on March 31, 2019. It is been one year that examination is getting delayed.

Once RRB NTPC exam dates will be announced, the admit cards will be issued to the registered candidates. RRB NTPC admit card is released four days before the scheduled date of candidate’s CBT. Candidates can download the admit card by logging with user ID and password.

The selection process of RRB NTPC includes 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination. The first stage CBT will comprise questions from General Awareness, Maths, Reasoning, and General Intelligence. The examination will be conducted for 1 hour 30 minutes. 

Selected candidates will be appointed to the post of Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Station Master etc.
