RRB NTPC Application Form 

RRB NTPC application form 2023 will be released online on the official website. The fee payment for the exam can be done both online and offline. RRB NTPC application form filling fee is INR 500 (except the fee concession categories). For PwBD / Female /Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen, SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class candidates, it was INR 250.

RRB NTPC Exam

RRB NTPC exam comprises First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable), and Document Verification/Medical Examination. The First stage CBT is common for all the posts.

RRB NTPC admit card is released online. Candidates can download RRB NTPC admit card by logging with the required credentials. The hard copy of the admit card is not sent to candidates by post.

RRB NTPC Salary

RRBs offer good salary to candidates selected through RRB NTPC exam. The salary is different for different posts. RRB NTPC salary for undergraduate posts ranges between INR 19,900 to 21,700. RRB NTPC salary for graduate posts ranges between INR 25,500 to 35,400. The educational qualification for Undergraduate level posts was Class 12. For Graduate-level posts, educational qualification was Graduation. Provided below is the eligibility criteria for few posts: Commercial Apprentice: Degree from recognised University or its equivalent. Senior Clerk Cum Typist: Degree from recognised University or its equivalent Typing proficiency in English/Hindi on Computer is essential Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk: Class 12 or its equivalent with not less than 50 per cent marks in the aggregate. 50 per cent marks are not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and the candidates who possess qualifications higher than Class 12. Junior Clerk Cum Typist: Class 12 or its equivalent with not less than 50 per cent marks in the aggregate 50 per cent marks are not to be insisted upon in the case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and the candidates who possess qualifications higher than Class 12 Typing proficiency in English / Hindi on Computer is essential. Q:   When will RRB NTPC application form be released?

A:

RRB NTPC 2023 application form will be released along with the notification. Interested candidates need to fill the application form online only. The application fee can be paid both online and offline. In 2022, a total of 1.25 crore application forms were received for RRB NTPC exam. Candidates are not required to sent the hard copy of RRB NTPC application form. The steps to fill the application form are given below:

  • Visit the official websites of RRBs
  • Click on the 'RRB NTPC Apply Online' link on the home page
  • Candidates need to register for the exam such as name, category, date of birth, email ID, contact number, and academic details among others
  • After submitting the details, a provisional user ID and password are
  • Upload the scanned photograph and signature
  • Candidates need to fill the educational qualification and other details
  • Candidates should preview the application form
  • Candidates need to upload the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration

RRB NTPC 2023 admit card will be released online separately for different stages of exams-CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT/CBST, Document Verification and Medical Exam. The admit card is released four days before the exam. To download the admit card, candidates need to login with user ID and password. The admit card is an important document without which candidates are not allowed to appear for the exam.

RRB NTPC selection process comprises various stages such as CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT/CBTST, document verification and medical exam. The post-wise selection process is given below: First stage CBT, second stage CBT & Computer-based Aptitude Test is conducted for the posts of Station Master and Traffic Assistant. Subsequently, there will be document verification and medical examination. First stage CBT, Second stage CBT and Typing Skill Test are conducted for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist and Senior Time Keeper.
