After five years RRB NTPC salary will increase due to increment and promotions. The basic salary for Undergraduate posts might range from INR 22,400 to 24,500. RRB NTPC salary for Graduate posts might range between INR 28,700 and INR 39,900. In addition, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance, and other benefits.

The basic salary of RRB JE is INR 35,400. The pay band for this post is INR 35,400-1,12,400. Grade pay is INR 4200. The basic RRB NTPC salary ranges between INR 19,900 to 21,700. The selection processes are different for both the posts. 

Under RRB NTPC undergraduate-level posts, the maximum salary is offered to the post of Commercial cum Ticket Clerk. Under the graduate-level posts, the maximum salary is offered to Station Master and Commercial Apprentice. The starting basic salary for undergraduate posts is INR 19,900 to 21,700.
