The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) prescribe the Railway recruitment syllabus for Graduate and Undergraduate Posts. NTPC syllabus 2025 highlights the important topics and subtopics that candidates need to prepare for the exam.

Candidates preparing for the exam should focus on revising the RRB NTPC exam topics given in the syllabus. Candidates can download the NTPC exam syllabus PDF on this page. RRB NTPC subjects are General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning.

The RRB NTPC CBT 1 syllabus and RRB NTPC CBT 2 syllabus comprise the same topics. However, the CBT 1 syllabus of RRB NTPC is less vast compared to CBT 2 syllabus.

The total marks allotted to the CBT 1 are 100. The CBT 2 carries a total of 120 marks. The duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwBD candidates accompanied by scribe). The exam comprises First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable), and Document Verification/Medical Examination.
