SBI PO 2021 notification released for 2056 vacancies; application process begins from tomorrow
SBI PO 2021 notification has been released for 2056 vacancies. The application form will be released tomorrow (Oct 5). The last date to apply for the exam is Oct 25.
State Bank of India (SBI), on October 4, has released SBI PO 2021 notification. A total of 2056 vacancies will be filled to the post of Probationary Officers in various branches of SBI. The application process will begin on October 5. The last date to apply for the exam is October 25. The application fee for General/ OBC candidates is INR 750 while SC/ ST/ PwD candidates are exempted from fee payment.
The prelims exam of SBI PO will be conducted in November/ December 2021. The mains exam will be conducted in December 2021. The Interview (Or Interview & Group Exercises) will be conducted in the second or third week of February 2022.

SBI PO Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate candidates between 21 and 30 years (as on April 1, 2021) can apply for the exam. Candidates who are in the final year/semester exam are also eligible to apply provisionally, subject to the condition that if shortlisted for the interview round, they need to provide proof of having passed graduation. Candidates having a Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate, are also eligible to apply. There is a cap on the number of attempts in SBI PO exam. General Category candidates can take four attempts. For other categories, the number of attempts is limited to seven. There is no restriction on the number of attempts for SC/ SC (PWD)/ ST/ ST (PWD) candidates. Also Read: SBI PO eligibility criteria

SBI PO Salary
The starting basic pay of SBI PO is INR 41,960 (With four advance increments). The payscale is INR 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840.
