This year as many as 3073 vacancies have been announced under SSC CPO exam for recruitment in Delhi Police and police departments.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will activate the form correction window for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CPO) 2025 examination from November 03, 2025 and will remain open until November 5. SSC closed CPO application window on Oct 16.

The form correction window for SSC CPO candidates will be available between Nov 3- Nov 5, 2025. In September, SSC started application for SSC CPO and only online applications were accepted for the police recruitment exam.

This year as many as 3073 vacancies have been announced under SSC CPO exam for recruitment in Delhi Police and police departments. On November 3, candidates can log in at ssc.gov.in to review and edit details in their submitted application forms.

The form correction option will remain open for two days, during which candidates will be allowed to fix errors in their personal details, academic information, or uploaded documents. Once the correction window closes on Nov 5, no more changes will be allowed and details entered will be treated as final.

The CPO 2025 recruitment has been announced to fill posts of Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police and Sub-Inspector (GD) in various CAPFs. The Commission will announce schedule for Computer-Based Examination and issue admit cards in the coming weeks.

 

Q: Β  How to select SSC CPO exam centres?
A:

Applicants filling SSC CPO application form are required to enter their preferences of exam cities in the form. Candidates must enter three options for the exam centres in the order of priority within the same region. The examination authority reserves the right to allot test cities to candidates. The examination authority also reserves the right to cancel any of the given test cities. The exam cities once chosen by candidates cannot be changed. Therefore, candidates should enter their preferences of test cities carefully.

Q: Β  What are SSC CPO application fees?
A:

SSC CPO application fee is INR 100 for General and OBC candidates. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Schedule Tribe, Persons with benchmark Disabilities (Divyangjans) and ExServicemen candidates eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. After filling the online application form, candidates can pay the fees online only through net banking, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards. Earlier, candidates could pay their application fees through challan. However, the process of fee payment through challan has been discontinued by SSC. The application fees once paid by candidates will not be refunded. After fee payment, candidates should take the printout of the fee transaction receipt.

 

Q: Β  In which mode can I pay SSC CPO application fees?
A:

Fee can be paid online only. The application fee is INR 100. Women and unreserved categories are exempted from payment of fee.
