Dravidian University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 1M1B (One Million for One Billion). The strategic alliance between 1M1B and Dravidian University aims to enhance skill development with a focus on placement support and global exposure for the students.
As part of this MoU, Dravidian University students will have access to skill-building courses on new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Green Skills, as well as entrepreneurial and leadership development initiatives. They will also receive mentorship and career coaching, as well as the opportunity to present their work at national and international venues.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. M. Doraswamy, Vice Chancellor of Dravidian University, applauded the collaboration and envisioned that it would prepare students for real-world challenges and also provide them with career opportunities.
Manav Subodh, Founder of 1M1B, shared his delight with the collaboration, saying, "It is an honour to partner with Dravidian University to skill university students and youth from the region. This initiative marks a significant step toward realising Andhra Pradesh’s vision of sustainable growth; equipping the state’s youth with the skills and support needed to thrive in today’s economy."
