IIT JAM 2022 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria have been relaxed as compared to the previous years. Now, candidates need to just pass in the qualifying exam to appear for IIT JAM 2022. Candidates need to have a graduation degree in Science or an equivalent degree. Final year bachelor’s degree students are also eligible to apply for the exam. There is no age limit to appear for the exam.

Candidates need to follow the steps given below to apply for IIT JAM 2022.

Click on the tab ‘Apply Online’

First time users have to click on ‘Register Here’

Enter personal and contact information

Enter the password and confirm it by re-entering it

Enter the Arithmetic Expression and click on the agreement check box

Application credentials will be sent via email and SMS

Upon logging in, candidates have to fill in the personal, academic details, select courses for admission along with exam paper, exam city preference

Scanned photograph and signature has to be uploaded
-
Application fee has to be paid through credit/debit card, Net banking or UPI

IIT JAM is conducted to provide admission to candidates in MSc and other postgraduate courses offered at IITs and integrated PhD courses offered by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Several National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) also accept JAM scores for MSc admissions.
