The Uttar Pradesh Combined Agricultural and Technological Entrance Test (UPCATET) 2021 exam has started on August 12. The two-day window test is being held on August 12 and August 13 in eight cities across Uttar Pradesh. Although originally UPCATET 2021 was scheduled to be held from June 15 to June 16, it was postponed to August 12 and August 13 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. UPCATET 2021 is the gateway to BSc and MSc courses in Agriculture and allied sciences at Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur; Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut; Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Faridabad; Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda.
UPCATET 2021 Exam Pattern
UPCATET 2021 exam pattern states that it is a paper-pencil based test that consists of 200 objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The total marks of the exam is 600. Each question carries three marks and there is a negative marking scheme of one mark for each wrong answer. The exam is divided into four streams, which are provided in the below table.

The number of sections and section-wise questions varies from stream to stream.
