CMAT 2022 exam is likely to be held in the last week of January. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the CMAT 2022 exam dates soon. However, delay in the exam is not ruled out as last year it was held in March and the result was announced in April.

CMAT is a popular MBA entrance exam in India and about one lakh candidates appear for it. It has a major significance in MBA admissions as over 1,300 colleges accept CMAT score. It is the first choice for scores of students after CAT and XAT. Naturally, a lot of MBA aspirants are awaiting CMAT 2022 schedule announcement.

CMAT is a moderate difficulty level exam. It is conducted by the NTA in computer based test mode. The CMAT question paper includes 100 questions in MCQ format from Quantitative Technique; Logical Reasoning; Language Comprehension and General Awareness. There is an optional section called Innovation and Entrepreneurship. CMAT exam is conducted in two shifts and the exam duration is three hours. Those who opt for the optional section are given 30 minutes more.

CMAT Registrations and Applications 2022

CMAT registration cum application process is online. For 2022 exam, the registration cum application window will be hosted on the NTA website. Candidates will be required to register with basis details and fill the online form on the CMAT-NTA website. The application fee is:

• General category male: INR 2,000
• General category female and reserved categories: INR 1,000

CMAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for CMAT 2022 exam is same as other MBA entrance exams. Check below:

• The aspirant must be a graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university
• Final year graduation students can also appear for CMAT but they will have to present passing certificate at the time of admission
• There is no minimum score requirement for CMAT. Candidates with passing marks in graduation can apply
• There is no upper age limit for applying for CMAT exam.
