UP CNET 2027 Dates, Registration, Syllabus & Pattern

The UP CNET 2027 notification will be released in March/April 2027. As per this year’s trend, the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University will release the UP CNET 2027 information bulletin in March next year. UP CNET 2027 Overview

UP CNET stands for Uttar Pradesh Combined Nursing Entrance Test. It is a gateway exam conducted for the BSc(Nursing) course admissions in Uttar Pradesh. It is mandatory for admission to all government and most private nursing colleges affiliated with the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University.

The UP CNET exam is conducted to select the candidates for the BSc (Nursing) course conducted by the participating institutions such as

• KGMU,
• SGPGIMS,
• RMLIMS,
• UPUMS Saifai,
• LLRM Meerut and other ABVMU-affiliated colleges.

UP CNET 2027 Dates (Tentative)

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University does not release its entrance exam calendar. We can anticipate the next year's dates based on this year's trend.

Eligibility Criteria for UP CNET 2027

The ABVMU will notify the UP CNET 2027 eligibility criteria in the information bulletin. The candidates can see the UP CNET eligibility based on the present information bulletin: 

• The minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31^st December of the exam year.
• Candidates with Science who have passed (10+2) examination must have obtained a minimum of 45 per cent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) taken together and passed in English individually from any recognised board.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category who have obtained 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) taken together.
• English is a compulsory subject in Class 11 and 12 for eligibility for admission in the BSc Nursing programme.
• Unless a candidate is declared medically fit by the Medical Board constituted by the Government Medical College or the District CMO, he/she will not be eligible to join the course.

UP CNET 2027  Registration Process

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University will release the UP CNET 2027 notification in March and along with it, the UP CNET 2027 applications will also start. As per the trend, the University will create a new portal all the communications related to exam. 

How to fill UP CNET 2027 Application form?

The UP CNET 2027 applications will be filled in stages. Candidates can see the process to fill the UP CNET application form below:

Stage 1: UP CNET Registration

The candidates will be asked to enter their email id and mobile number. The university will provide the UP CNET 2027 application number and password to the candidate.

Stage 2: UP CNET Application Form

The candidates will be asked to log in with the application number and password mailed on the registered mail id.

The candidates will be asked to change their password and log in again

• Fill Personal Details
  • The candidates will be asked to fill in their personal details
• Fill Academic details
  • The candidates will be required to fill in their academic details with the percentage of marks scored in class X and XII
• Select the UP CNET Examination Centre

Stage 3: Pay the Application Fee

After filling the details above, the candidates will be required to pay the application fee and submit the form. The university will notify the UP CNET 2027 application fee in the information bulletin.

UP CNET 2027 Exam Pattern

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University will notify the UP CNET 2027 exam pattern in the informant bulletin. The candidates can see the previous year's exam pattern here, as the exam conducting body has not changed the UP CNET exam pattern for a long time.

UP CNET 2027 Syllabus

The syllabus is the key component of the UP CNET 2027 exam preparation. The candidates should note that the University does not notify the topics of the syllabus; it simply mentions that the Class XI and XII syllabus of the Uttar Pradesh State Board will be considered as the syllabus for the exam. The ABVMU notifies the weightage of each section in its information bulletin in the following way. 

The candidates should equally divide their effort to prepare each section of the syllabus.

UP CNET 2027 Admit Card

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University will release the UP CNET 2027 admit card online only on its portal around seven days before the exam date. The candidates will be allowed to download their hall ticket by logging in with their application number and password. 

It will inform the candidates about their exam centre, shift timing and reporting time. The UP CNET admit card is an important document and the candidates will be asked to show it in the Counselling process too.

UP CNET 2027 Result & Scorecard

The ABVMU will release the UP CNET 2027 result within ten days from the exam. The University will release the UP CNET 2027 scorecard under the candidate’s login and notify the result status in the scorecard. The UP CNET result will be prepared after considering the marks of the candidates calculated through the UP CNET answer key.

UP CNET 2027 Counselling Process

After the declaration of result, the ABVMU will ask the eligible candidates to fill their college choices. After considering the marks, seat availability, reservation claims and other criteria, the University will prepare a round 1 seat allocation list and release it in the public domain. The UP CNET Counselling will be held online.

• The candidates will be asked to join the allotted college within the given time. The candidate will be required to pay the admission fee to retain the seat.
• In case they want to participate in Round 2 of counselling, they will be required to resign from their allotted seat.

Before each round of UP CNET Counselling, the University will release the seat matrix for that round. The last round is called the UP CNET Mop up round where all the remaining vacant seats will be notified and available for admissions.
