CNET 2026 Counselling Registration
Interested candidates were allowed to apply for the CNET 2026 counselling. A CNET counseling registration was floated on the official website. Qualifying candidates had to fill in the form and pay counselling application fee to be eligible to participate in the CNET counselling process.
CNET Counselling Registration Fees 2026
A registration fee of INR 500/- as Counselling Registration Fee (NON-Refundable) and INR 5000/- as Counselling Security Fee had to be paid through online mode. The admitted candidates and those candidates who have not been allotted any seat were refunded the Counselling Security fee (INR 5000/-) through the bank information provided at the time of counselling registration.
CNET Choice filling and option locking
As per the data provided in the CNET seat matrix, candidates had to participate in the choice filling. Candidates can choose as many colleges as they want to apply for the BSc nursing programme. After filling in the choices, it is mandatory to lock those options and wait for the result.
CNET Seat Allotment Result
As per the preference chosen and performance of the candidates in the exam, candidates were allotted a seat. The CNET seat allotment result was published on the admission portal. Candidates had to use their login details to find out the allotment result.
Document Verification and Fee Payment
The final step of the CNET counselling process is ‘Reporting at the allotted institute’. Candidates will have to present themselves within the given deadline once the institute is allotted to them. The admission seekers are also advised to carry the documents given below for the purpose of verification at the time of admission. A Seat Confirmation Fee of INR 40000/- (Rs. Forty thousand only) must be paid through online mode/challan method to ABVMU, UP, to confirm seat allotment.
Documents Required for CNET Counselling 2026
The list of important documents required for document verification at the time of seeking admission to the nursing institute is mentioned below:
- 10th marksheet and DOB proof certificate
- 12th marksheet
- Passport-sized photographs
- Domicile Certificate
- Category certificate
- Medical Certificate (The candidates who are issued a provisional Seat allotment letter are required to submit the certificate of medical fitness issued by the Government Medical College/District Hospital/District CMO.)
Please note that Original certificates and other fees are to be submitted ONLY at the start of the academic session.
Reporting at the Institute
After the document verification, candidates had to pay the course fee to book the seat. In case the candidate fails to pay the course fee, then the allotted seat will be cancelled. Failing to report to the allotted college within the specified date and time will lead to forfeiture of the Counselling security fee (INR 5000/-).

The CNET seat conformation fee of INR 40,000/- needs to be paid if the candidates is ready to seek admission to the allotted institute. The seat confirmation fee is to be paid in online mode/challan method to ABVMU, UP. As per the information brochure, this amount will be transferred to the allotted college and adjusted against tuition fee after completion of all rounds of Counselling process.
