RUHS BSc Nursing Exam 2025: Admit Card (Delayed), Dates, Pattern, Syllabus, Result, Cutoff, Registration

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Nursing entrance exam is also known as the RUHS CUET Nursing entrance exam. Candidates must appear for this entrance to seek admission to different nursing programmes offered by nursing institutions in Rajasthan. RUHS 2025 nursing is an online state-level admission exam administered by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences in Jaipur. RUHS provides BSc, Post Basic BSc, and MSc Nursing programmes. Candidates will fill 15% of the total seats on an all-India basis, including Rajasthan, and reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS will fill 16%, 12%, 21%, 5%, and 10% of 15%, respectively. In all categories, the ratio of female candidates must not fall below 50% of the total seats.

Another important development is regarding the decision of RUHS Jaipur to accept NEET UG scores for admission. The decision has been held to accept NEET exam scores for admission due to a lack of time to apply, the document requirements for the candidates for NEET, the difference in the NEET and RUHS exam syllabi, and less time to prepare for the NEET exam. However, for the academic year 2026-27, admission to BSc Nursing will be based on NEET exam scores, and the selection of candidates will be based on Merit-Cum-Choice basis of NEET UG 2026. 

Aspirants who have received 45 per cent in aggregate (40 per cent for reserved categories) in class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects are eligible to apply online at RUHS's official website, ruhsraj.org.

RUHS BSc nursing 2025 admit card/hall ticket will be issued by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, on their official website on May 22, 2025. The release date has been postponed from May 15 to May 22 by the exam conducting body. The RUHS BSc nursing admit card will be available for download after logging in to the official RUHS accounts created at the time of filling out the RUHS nursing application form. An Application/Challan No. will be required to download the RUHS BSc nursing admit card. After downloading the admit card, affix a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided. The photograph should be the same that was uploaded on the RUHS application form. Candidates are advised to review and cross-check all the details printed on the admit card, such as a candidate’s name, centre address, date of birth, time of exam, etc. 

RUHS BSc Nursing 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the RUHS BSc Nursing 2025 application process, the first and foremost step for the candidates is to check the RUHS BSc Nursing 2025 eligibility criteria laid out by RUHS Jaipur. If the interested candidate fulfills the required eligibility criteria, then only his/her candidature will be subjected to approval while filling out the application form. For BSc Nursing

• The candidates should be 17 years of age. The upper limit for female candidates is 28 years, and for male candidates, the upper age limit is 25 years

Post Basic BSc Nursing

• There’s no age limit
• The candidates should have cleared the class 12 exam from any recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects with 45 per cent marks in aggregate (40 per cent marks for SC/ST candidates) or should have a diploma in general nursing from a college registered with the Indian Nursing Council.
• The candidate should be medically fit

MSc Nursing

• The candidate should be an Indian national
• The candidate should have completed BSc Nursing, Post Basic nursing BSc from a recognized college registered with the Nursing Council of India.
• Should have scored 60 percent in aggregate (in the first attempt) in graduation
• There’s no age limit

RUHS BSc Nursing Application Process

The RUHS BSc nursing 2025 application process closed on May 6, 2025. The RUHS nursing application forms have been released online by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, in collaboration with Marwar Medical University, Jodhpur, in online mode. Application form-related information will be available on the RUHS official website, ruhscuet2025.com. To create an account, visit the online portal and apply for the RUHS CUET 2025 nursing entrance exam. 

Candidates will have to provide important details such as name, father’s name, phone number, working mail ID, and date of birth, along with the academic details and scanned copy of the signature and passport-size photograph, to apply for the RUHS 2025 nursing entrance exam. Candidates can pay the RUHS 2025 nursing application fee via e-Mitra, credit card, debit card, and net banking.

The RUHS BSc nursing exam pattern 2025 states details about the structure of the exam. The RUHS 2025 entrance examination will be conducted in online mode (CBT exam) for 120 minutes. This exam will be held in English as well as the Hindi language in test centers of Jaipur city only. There will be 100 objective-type questions ( 33 questions of Physics, 33 questions of Chemistry, and 34 questions in Biology (Zoology and Botany). There will not be any negative marking in the exam and for each correct answer, the applicant will be awarded 1 mark.

The RUHS BSc Nursing question paper will not be released as the exam is conducted online. Students can check memory-based questions on the page once the exam concludes. It helps students access their preparation for the exam. There will be 100 questions in the entrance exam. 

The answer key of RUHS BSc Nursing 2025 will be released by the exam-conducting authorities in August 2025. The answer key will be released on the official website in PDF format. The exam conducting body will first release the RUHS BSc nursing provisional answer key and will later invite objections from the applicants. After receiving the response from the applicants the authorities will release the RUHS BSc Nursing final answer key along with or after the declaration of the result.
