Overview

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University released the UP CNET Admit Card 2026 on its official website -https://abvmucet26.co.in/. The candidates downloaded the UP CNET 2026 admit card with their application ID and password. The Medical University conducted the UP CNET 2026 exam on June 6 in pen-and-paper (OMR) mode.

The candidates will mark their answers on the OMR sheet provided at the examination centre. The University will release the UP CNET answer key 2026 within a week of the exam. The candidates will get to know their exam centre through their admit card only.

How to download UP CNET Nursing Admit Card 2026

The UP CNET 2026 admit card was released online by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Uttar Pradesh (ABVMU, UP). The exam was conducted in the morning shift from 11:00 AM to 1:20 PM. The UP CNET admit card 2026 was issued on abvmuup.edu.in. Candidates can download it in PDF format from the admission portal.

If you happen to forget your CNET portal details, click on the “Forgot Registered ID Number & Password” tab on the login screen. There, another window will appear asking for the registered Mobile number. Once you input the Mobile number, you will be able to retrieve and download the hall ticket.

Q:   Who can appear for the UP CNET exam?

Candidates with minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December 2025 can apply for the nursing entrance exam. It is mandatory to have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) taken together. English must be a mandatory subject in Class 12. 45 per cent aggregate marks in PCB for general category candidates, and 40% marks in PCB for reserved category candidates are mandatory.

UP CNET Hall Ticket Instructions to Follow

Candidates are advised to read the following instructions related to the UP CNET 2026 admit card: 

  1. Please note that the UP CNET nursing admit card will not be sent by post to any candidate. It is an offline exam.
  2. Candidate must appear for the Examination at the allotted Centre on the Date and Time allotted in their Admit Card.
  3. Any digital format (on the mobile) of the Admit Card will not be accepted at the examination Centre (present the admit card in hard copy format).
  4. Do not tamper with the Admit Card or change any entry made on it.
  5. Candidates are advised to preserve the BSc nursing UP CNET admit card 2026 in good condition for future reference. It will be required at the time of counselling as well.

The CNET admit card was released on May 30. It will be released in online mode in PDF format. Candidates are advised to keep it safe till the counselling process.

The UP CNET test centre request for change will not be entertained by ABVMU, the official conducting body. Once allocated on the admit card, the examination centre address will not be altered. Pick and choose the test city carefully at the time of filling the application form.

Q:   Is UP CNET exam difficult to appear for?

The exam difficulty level depends on the preparation of the candidate. On a general note, most of the aspirants in the past who appeared for the exam have rated UP CNET as an exam of 'Medium' level. The question paper is primarily curated from the Class 12th syllabus of the physics, chemistry, and biology sections.  

Q:   What is the CNET exam marking scheme?
A: 

The UP CNET making scheme says that a '+1' mark will be awarded to candidates for choosing the correct answer. There is NO negative marking in the exam. Candidates are advised to attempt all the questions without having to worry about the implications of negative marking in the entrance.  

Q:   When will the RUHS Pharmacy 2026 Answer Key be released?

The exam body released the RUHS provisional answer key 2026 on May 23 as per the dates mentioned in the information bulletin. The last date to send objections against the incorrect answers was May 25.
