SAGE University BSc admissions take place through the SAGE University Joint Entrance exam (SEE). There is no direct admission option as everyone has to appear for the exam and secure a valid score to be eligible for admission.

In addition to that, only those candidates who have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 exams are eligible to appear for the SEE exam. Therefore, candidates can apply for admission at SAGE University through Class 12 exams but their selection would be based on SEE entrance score.

Based on the Oriental University reviews available on Shiksha.com, it can be said that the university provides placement assistance to its students. The overall rating for placements at the university is 3/5. There is only one review available for BSc at Oriental University. The reviewer is a former student of BSc (Hons) in Agriculture at the university. Talking about the placements, the reviewer (Tanisha Jain) asserted "The average salary package offered ranges from 6 LPA to 7 LPA, and in some cases, it goes up to 20 LPA. The placements process is average, depending on the students how much effort they put in. Good companies come for placements in this college."
