A minimum of 50% in Class 12 is the usual eligibility requirement for candidates to be admitted to the BSc course. The university releases a merit list based on the candidates' scores, therefore there is no assurance that applicants with a 60%  in higher senior secondary would be admitted because the merit list can fluctuate and all seats might get full at 80%. 

Yes, after applying for the CUET-UG entrance exam, candidates will have to pay additional application fees of INR 3,200 to INR 4,900 depending on the course chosen.
