You can find your application form in their official website and by visiting the campus of JNU. Application fees I think it is 100 rs. Application dates I don't remember. I am belonging to unreserved category so I am not able to give you the details of reservation benefits. I think the college procedure is quite good so I don't think any improvement is requiring in admission process.
