JNU Entrance Cum Scholarship Test is a university-level exam conducted by Jaipur National University, which is approved by UGC/ AICTE/ NCTE/ BCI/ INC/ PCI/ NMC and accredited with NAAC. Jaipur National University announced this exam for the aspiring graduate students of the nation so that they can showcase their academic potential and win mega exciting prizes, certificates and scholarships up to 100%. Step 1: Fill JNU JEST Application Form

Candidates can fill the application form for JNU JEST 2026 online (on the official website of the college). Candidates have to fill in information like their name, father's name, contact, date of birth, email, nationality, gender, address, city, state, country, pin code, category, stream and educational details on the application form.

Step 2: Upload the documents

Candidates will have to upload their photos and certificate copies in their specific fields and the required dimensions (file sizes). Candidates should complete the application form in all respects to be eligible for the scholarship.

Step 3: Intimation Through Email

Candidates who will successfully apply for JNU JEST will receive an email detailing the process of connecting online for the examination. 

Step 4: Appear for JNU JEST

After checking all the applications, shortlisted students will have to take the online entrance test. You can give the test from your home or any place where you have a computer and internet connection. Those who apply for JNU JEST will get the exam date and time within one week after applying. The JNU JEST test checks your skills in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Affairs, English, and Subject-related questions from Science, Arts, or Commerce.

Step 5: Final Result

JNU JEST 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates meet JNU JEST eligibility criteria if they have cleared their Class 12 with passing marks or are appearing for the exam from any recognised board.

Test Centres: The exam will be a computer-based online test, all candidates should have a good internet connection & a Computer/Laptop or Smartphone. Candidate can appear in the exam from their home or they can visit the nearest cyber cafe.

Jaipur National University (JNU) still not given any fixed syllabus for the entrance exam. You will get around 75 MCQ type questions in the test. The paper mostly cover topics like English language skills, a bit of Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning, some Current Affairs, and also few subject-related questions from your stream: Science, Arts, or Commerce.

JNU JEST exam format has 4 sections:

Test consists of 75 multiple-choice questions. Total duration of JNU JEST is 1 hour. JNU JEST will be a computer-based test. Students will get +1 mark for correct answer and -0.25 for each incorrect one.
