KUD offers an MSc as a PG level programme for the duration of 2 years with an annual intake of 2600 students from various affiliated colleges. Whereas, 723 students among 2600 are KUD students. Karnatak University Dharwad course admissions are offered based on a minimum aggregate of 45% in graduation along with qualification of previously attempted entrance exams. Furthermore, the University offers MSc with a tuition fee ranging for INR 5.9K to INR 82.8K.

Gulbarga University is a state public university in Kalaburagi, Karnataka. The university is approved by the UGC and AICTE, and is a member of the AIU. It is also accredited by NAAC. Manipal University admissions are entirelyy entrance-based. Except for a few courses, where candidates are selected through the merit obtained in their last qualifying exam or by qualifying for Department specific tets for the respective courses. Apart from that, for courses like BBA, MA, BTech, BPharm, etc. candidates must appear for Manipal Entrance Test (MET), followed by other selection rounds. 

Candidates seeking admission in JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research must fulfil the eligibility and selection requirements. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates consider merit in the last qualifying exam for BSc, MSc, BBA, etc. For courses such as MD, MBBS, BDS, etc., entrance exams are accepted. Hence, direct admission is not available in JSS Mysore.

Students cannot get direct admission to any course at NIT Surathkal. It is compulsory to give the entrance exam to take the admission. Different courses have different entrance tests like JEE Main, GATE etc. Students should check the official website for more information on the entrance test.
