Candidate must have passed 10+2 with the mentioned marks in the subject offered for Honours study, or in an allied subject as determined by the Academic Council from a recognized board. (i) Mathematics or Statistics unless he has passed the I.Sc. /XII th Class exarnination in Mathematics. (ii) Physics unless he has passed the I.So./XII th Class examination in Physics and Mathematics. (iii) Chernistry unless he has passed the I.Sc./ XII th Class examination in Chemistrv.
