Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is one of the foremost commerce colleges in India, which was founded in the year 1926 in New Delhi. It is one of the best institutes for the higher learning of Economics and Commerce.
Eligibility
The interested candidates need to have 10+2 certificate of CBSE/ISCE board or an equivalent with the minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
The candidates must pass in five subjects, including four elective subjects and one language.
The candidates having qualified the pre-university examination, i.e. 2 years after 10 years of schooling, or Intermediate Examination from a DU recognized Indian university are also eligible to apply for admission.
Eligibility for the UK Candidates
The candidates need to pass in five subjects of Ordinary Level.
The candidates need to pass at least two subjects in Advanced Level.
These two Advance Level subjects can be from the five Ordinary Level subjects.
Or, these two Advanced Level subjects can be from outside the five Ordinary Level subjects.
Note: The candidates not selected in the first cut-off list, could be considered in the next cut-off list on the last admission date as per the availability of seats offered by SRCC for each program.

The SET (State Eligibility Test) Exam is conducted for selecting the candidates for lectureship. If you want to appear in SET Exam then it is required to complete the Masters' degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Candidates who are in the final year of their master's degree are also eligible to apply for this exam. You should also know that qualifying in SET Exam will only help you to appear for the post of lecturer in colleges or institutes in the respective states only. If you want to apply for any college or institute across India, then you should appear in the UGC NET Exam. The UGC NET Exam is also conducted for the same purpose. The eligibility criteria of the SET & NET Exam are also similar. So, I would like to suggest you appear in NET Exam. The exam is conducted twice a year (June and December). You can apply for any of these two exams.

Although, you must do postgraduate degree based on your interest area, I will recommend MBA over M.Com for better career opportunities and growth.

The CS course is through correspondence and can be completed in three and a half years, and the registration is valid for five years. Three and half years is long period and sometimes students having sufficient time to enhance their knowledge and employability. Although LL.B. Is ideal additional qualification for a Company Secretary, it will be good if Company Secretary aspirant undertakes short courses in various law specializations. Computers Office Automation courses will also be a good value add. In addition if Company Secretary aspirant is a graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Functional Post graduate Diploma is also a good value addition qualification. MBA degree after CS can also help in career growth.

Chartered Accountants CA is a professional qualification and CAs are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Chartered Accountants offer financial advice, audit accounts and provide trustworthy information about financial records. This might involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency, or accounting systems and processes. CA are employed by business enterprises, consulting firms and they can also works as independent consultant. CA is not an educational degree offered by University or educational institute. Therefore, for its membership it is not governed by Government of India reservation policy for its membership. If ICAI have reservations for its professional membership then it will not legal as per constitution also it may compromise its professional carter, ethics and code of conduct. Its membership is open for SC, ST, OBC candidates and they can compete and get CA designation based on their merit. ICAI membership and award of CA and FCA is based on meritocracy.
