No, after BA you cannot get into M.Com. You can go for MA.

I would suggest you to grab some computer accounting skills like CFA and tally with GST, then get a job and work for at least a year and with that work experience get admission in M.Com.

30th April, 2017 is the last date for registration of Articleship, if you want to appear for final in November 2019. As you have to complete your 2 and half year of your article ship before 31st October, 2019. To be eligible for giving CA final exam, you must have completed 2.5 years of article ship. So, if you want to give CA final exam in November 2019, you should get yourself registered by at last by 30th April 2017. Otherwise, your attempt will shift by 6 months. Since the date has already been passed get yourself registered for article ship before 31st October 2017. Else, you will not be able to give exam in May 2020 also.
