I am not sure, if the said college has any policy that will make it possible for you to do an evening course. But, other than the above college, IGNOU is the best option to do B.Ed via distance mode.

After B.Com, you have a lot of choice, you can do CA, ACCA, MBA in finance, CFA Taxation Course, CS. First, you think in which type of course you like most. Thanks.

Can I get admission in this college for MBA? My profile : 10th: 70%, 12th: 74%, B.Com: 75% and CAT: 97 percentile.

Yes, there is deduction of some percentage, 2%-3%, from the best four subjects. If you include 'Physical Education' in the BFS (Best Four Subjects). *This rule is applicable to all courses except for BA Physical Education (H). * This rule is applicable to DU colleges only.

Just solve previous years questions and you will be able to crack the entrance exam. Also, purchase previous year solved paper from Amazon and Flipkart or from your local book market. Best of luck.

How much percentage is required in class 12th commerce CBSE and is there a hostel facility? What about the fee?

Minimum 60% is required for B.Com course. Hostel facilities are available, but it is too costly. It's around 1.2 LPA. Faculty members are well trained and good. Entrance test will be medium. You can score good if you have prepared well.
