PG Diploma or Graduate Certificate courses in related areas such as accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, etc. are available. Since you hold a three year degree you may not find options in a MS program in Canada. You can refer to this link below for many such options:

Hello Neha,
Before starting with the application process, you should check the admission requirements, I hope you are aware that most universities do not accept three year Bachelor's degree programs. Also, MS programs are highly competitive. You will find PG Diploma options. If you have communicated with universities already willing to accept your degree then it's a good news. Regarding your gap, you can do a course related to your area or try to take a solid project work in the area of commerce or accounts, etc. You may also engage yourself in extracurricular activities.
