M.Com will lead you for further higher studies as well as jobs where as B.Ed will only provide you a high school job.

The level of difficulty is more in CA as compared to CS but it is not easy to complete CS. You are going to study more in CA as compared to CS but CA is completely hand written exam and in CS there are some of the subjects which are of MCQ and some are hand written exams.

Yes, only subject to the condition that you don't have any ATKT. you need to take NOC from IDOL and apply to the college where seats are available.

You can opt for economic Honors, statistics Honors or B.Com Honors after 12th. But, you should have maths as a permanent subject and after passing 12th maths should be in top 4 percentile.

There are many universities in USA giving admissions in computer science, but for this you must have computer subject in your 12th.

I would suggest you to complete your 12th and then decide to go abroad because there are wide options available after 12th.

It is better if you pursue your B.Com in Delhi. Delhi has good B.Com colleges as compared to Haryana and you also get easy study support.
