Hello Sanjeev,
I feel there is some miscommunication or misconception in your mind. Fees in an engineering college are same irrespective of one's ranking in CET of the state. Fees charged to management quota students is of course on a different pedestal. Some colleges offer scholarships based on ranking but fees charged remain same.

If you're from Bangalore try studying in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Academy. You will have the best industrial exposure and certificate from the HAL organisation. Course provided in HAL Academy is AICTE approved.

Unfortunately, Tamil Nadu government has quite strict norms of the nativity for students who are seeking admission. GMR aviation academy is in the business of providing skill enhancing training to the students. These are all job oriented courses. With cargo as well as passenger traffic increasing by around 15%, there is big scope for employment. Yes, Aeronautical Engineering graduates too can join the course you mentioned. I think you are looking at the wrong place. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport will normally not employ any Aeronautical Engineer. Aeronautical Engineering graduates will get employment in ISRO, DRDO, Armed Forces or some industries in the field of aerospace.

Yes, you are eligible according to this rule one should have completed degree in (BE/B.Tech) aeronautical engineering or any other equivalent branches of engineering.

Take some coaching for JEE Mains. Clear this exam and prepare for JEE Advanced. That's all. Once you clear JEE Advanced. You can take admission for this branch in one of the IIT's.
