The official webpage of RIET, Kerala, does not give any information about closing rank of previous years. But it is understood that it varied between 14K to 32K for general & reserved categories respectively in the first round. Hello S Anju, I am afraid without clearing JEE Mains, you can not clear JEE Advanced. Without JEE Advanced. You can not get admission into IIT where only this course is available. It all depends on the dynamics of the situation. How many students are desirous of this branch, number of seats available etc. But, it's reasonable to say that a student with 60% marks has good chances of getting admission. Best wishes to you.

I feel that you will be able to get admission in your desired branch.
