It is very good for you to think that you must do graduation in an engineering field in spite of the fact that you have passed Diploma almost three years ago. Completion of graduation in engineering will definitely give a boost to your career and life goals. At this stage I will like to advise you that please go for automobile engineering. It is not because that you had done Diploma in it but because at the moment in India Aeronautical Engineering has very less scope for obtaining jobs but automobile has. Best wishes to you.

The webpage of this college is silent about fees charged for various courses even though it gives almost every other information.
It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information on the fee structure.

After 12th science, aircraft maintenance engineering is best because after completing this course, you will get many job opportunities than that of aeronautical engineering, hence A.M.E. is the best.

Out of the two institutions that you have mentioned, Indian Institute of Space Technology, promoted by ISRO definitely is superior. It's faculty and facilities are the best in the country. Best wishes to you.

100% placements is actually an uthopia, of course presently perhaps IT or CSE are the branches where placements nearing 100% is happening.
