Hello Ruchita,
It appears that you are just on the borderline. About 125 marks would have almost ensured admission. But don't lose hope. It also depends to a large extent on how many who have scored above you are opting for this branch.

No, JEE is not compulsory. Admission is done through counselling based on the rank obtained in Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHTCET).

Hello Anupama,
This institute actually offers AME courses and not of aeronautical engineering. However, in view of the growth in the aviation sector, employment opportunities are very good.

Hello Yarramsetti, You have got very nice marks. But these days almost all states have some or the other entrance test. Hence you can get admission only if you clear one of these exams. Low fees are only in government colleges. But you can get admission in private college where fees are around Rs.50K per sem. As you have not mentioned your state, I could not provide you with list of colleges. But you can find from Shiksha app also. Best wishes.

Hello Rishi, Packages for aeronautical engineers in India are practically nothing to write about. This is so since there are hardly any core jobs available. Yes in some odd case if a company from abroad comes for recruiting then its a different story. Fresher's in India mostly prefer to go abroad for MS or utilise this graduation for doing MBA. Imagine Mumbai IIT alumnus in this branch is today heading Infosys.
