Admissions to private colleges in Karnataka are given via two CET's. One conducted by Govt of Karnataka for quota against government seats and second by COMEDK organized by private colleges in the state. You should appear for both the exams.

Hello Kundoju, IIT's accept Diploma as equivalent to 12th. Hence you can seek admission in any of the IIT's by qualifying in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. Please ensure that you score 75% or more in Diploma.

Here you will come to know if lateral admissions are based on marks of Diploma or based on entrance exam. Else you may check website of different private deemed to be universities.
