After knowing your marks, I would like to advise you sincerely to remove thoughts of doing engineering. Though nothing is impossible in this world. I feel only choice you have is to take admission under management quota.

Pursuing engineering in Aeronautical engineering branch is similar to pursuing engineering in any other branch. You need to pass class 12th with good marks, at least 75%, and then appear for and clear CET of your state and JEE Mains.

No, with the rank of 48490 in UPTU, you will not get admission in Aeronautical Engineering in BBDNIIT college. But, you will definitely get other good branches with this rank .

Yes, you will definitely get a seat in Sandip Foundation. For aeronautical engineering, the fees for that is Rs. 1,50,000 per year. Sandip University is the new entrant in education field while Neemrana is old hand. But both appear to be okay or let's say, there is nothing to distinguish between these two. You may seek admission which ever is convenient to you.
