Hi Rakesh, you will hardly find any specialized aerospace engineering undergraduate programs, mostly you will find MS degrees. Aeronautical sciences is included in mechanical engineering programs all over. However some limited options include Carleton University, University of Manitoba and University of Alberta (U of A). Hope it helps.
