Hi Rakesh, you will hardly find any specialized aerospace engineering undergraduate programs, mostly you will find MS degrees. Aeronautical sciences is included in mechanical engineering programs all over. However some limited options include Carleton University, University of Manitoba and University of Alberta (U of A). If you take lateral entry admission you can complete BTech Aeronautical Engineering in 3 years after Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

aeronautical engineering is a branch of B.Tech

You apply for MSc Aeronautical in Limerick University you will get 50% schorlaship for your marks. you do IELTS and apply for three lakh schorlaship from British Council. You will get lot of practical training in Ireland which will make you eligible to write EASA exams

First you need to get yourself examine if the head injury has caused permanent memory loss or is it just a temporary phase. Even if you take up any other course, you need to learn that as well so decide accordingly.
