First you need to get yourself examine if the head injury has caused permanent memory loss or is it just a temporary phase. Even if you take up any other course, you need to learn that as well so decide accordingly.

Here at IIT Bombay the curriculum includes both Aeronautical and Aerospace in single Btech Degree.

There are so many vacancies available in various airline operators for freshers. You can try for that and start your career from basic level. Although salary would be low but opportunities of growth are high.
