Yes, you can definitely and surely dream of this. For admission in IIT's, you need to score 75% in Diploma and clear JEE Mains & Advanced exams. I am afraid that I have not heard of any PG course in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. This could be so since this is skill imparting course that enables a student to pass DGCA's license exam which in turn authorizes students to work as maintenance person on civilian aircraft. I would like to advise you that please go for any other specialization in mechanical engineering. Best wishes to you.
