Around 20+ companies come to the college every year for placement. Highest package is around 12 lacs. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Matrix, Comsec Pvt LTD, Yodlee, Evosys Global, Tata Consultancy, Intransure Technologies, Gateway Technologies, India Oil company visit campus for placements and the lowest placement is around 1 lac. University all has well managed placement cell which prepares students to grab opportunities.
So, yes placements at Parul are good.

It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch from MIT, Chennai. However, I am afraid your dream is unlikely to be fulfilled. This is so since admissions to engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu are restricted to the students who have "Nativity" of the state. You can of course make an attempt to register on the website of DTE of Tech Education of Tamil Nadu for possible shot if seats are vacant after exhausting students of Tamil Nadu.

Hello Jyoti, It's very simple. If you want to be a pilot, you need to join a flying school. Admissions are based on the marks obtained in 12th exam. Hello Sumanth, There is once again a great churn in US. The government there has announced programme for human landing on moon by 2028 and this will be great boost to the prospects of jobs for Aeronauticle engineering graduates. Otherwise also NASA and other private enterprises are conquering newer frontiers and this definitely requires a large number of aeronautical engineering graduates. Best wishes to you.

Aeronautical engineering is like any other engineering branch as far as the difficulty level of studies is concerned. Yes, you can and it is not necessary that your Bachelor's degree should be related to the aviation field. Even after 12th, you can apply for pilot training. For the career as a pilot and the ways to become a pilot, you may refer to the link below:
