MIT-Chennai is a government college and this concept of management quota seats is not available in this case.

You have a very low chance of getting only JNTU that too in the 3rd counselling. But, it should depends on the seats left out in the counselling. You won't get admission in AU or JNTUK in any round of counselling. All the best.

Hello Harish, There are many Institutions in Chennai that offer this branch for studies. Of course MIT is the best of the lot after IIT. I would like to advise you that please go by the ranked institutes. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different colleges

Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering is indeed a very good college for not only Aeronautical Engineering, but other branches as well.
