Hi, this is five years old query. I am sure by now you would be employed after completion of engineering. However, to keep records, I will say that best way for this is to download the college predictor for this CET from Shiksha and after feeding your ranking etc. , you will get fair idea as to where you stand

Hi, No Institutes provide licence. This is issued by DGCA in India. However, all these institutions provide facility and training etc. to clear this exam for getting license. Best wishes to you.

Generally speaking, Diploma holders are authorised for lateral admission mode for direct second year of 4 year degree course. Hello! Mohammed Appas, fees for almost all branches of engineering are same. But they change from college to college. It could vary from 70K to 2L per year. Cutoffs are provided only when the demand outstrips supply. With 40% seats lying vacant, hardly any cutoff are for engineering seats.
