In this course, the institution claims that it would be two years of study in the institution followed by two years study abroad in a university that Institute has tied up. Degree obtained obviously is not recognised by any Indian University. My advise is that it appears to be quite a risky course.

-The admission authorities of IITs will keep the following factors in mind while making the cut-off of B.Tech aerospace engineering.
-Number of candidates who have applied for the programme.
-Number of seats available in the programme.
-Previous year's cut-off trend.
-Difficulty level of JEE Advanced entrance exam.
You need to have a rank in the range of 700 to 1500 in JEE Advance to get aerospace engineering in IITs (with the highest rank required for IIT-Bombay).

It's good that you are expecting this high percentage in Class 12th but you need to fill the application form of JEE Main in order to get admission in IIT because direct admissions don't take place in those institutions.
Once you qualify Mains you have to give JEE Advanced and according to the rank that you get, it will be decided whether you will get aerospace engineering in IITK or not.
