Hi Honey, All the branches of engineering are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. Different branches of engineering are popular at different places and the popularity depends upon the day to day requirement of that place. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two

The aerospace engineering is known as a Noble field of study. Aerospace engineers are highly paid professionals in the engineering job market. However, in recent years, the availability of aerospace engineers increased drastically. This resulted in some positive and negative impact on the salary of aerospace engineers. Despite an average projected job outlook (a 6% increase in jobs is expected between 2016 to 2026, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics), aerospace engineers are in high demand due to education requirements and an unsaturated job market. The scope of Aerospace Engineering in India can be private and Government sect

Hello Apurva, yes indeed. That's a very logical and analytical thinking. In addition, of all we know, after four years, there could be enough opportunities in India itself with this area being thrown open to private investment by the present government. Best wishes to you.

Hello Thrupthi,
In the present times, there are very less jobs for the graduates of aeronautical engineering. Invariably these students then go for other MBA or MS abroad. Very few get placed in India and many of them get placed in place of mechanical engineers. In view of this I would definitely recommend you to opt for computer sciences rather than aerospace engineering. Best wishes to you.

Hello!
A degree in aerospace engineering and a degree in aeronautical engineering both prepare students to design aircraft. In fact, aeronautical engineering is a branch of aerospace engineering. Though the two degree programs teach similar engineering principles, there is a critical distinction between designing for air and space. Aeronautical engineering is actually a type of aerospace engineering, which is split into two main areas:
Aeronautical: Relates to machines that fly within the earths atmosphere, such as planes. Astronautical: Relates to spacecraft such as rockets, space stations and shuttles. My brother has done Aerospace en

Hello!
The two types of aerospace engineers include aeronautical engineers (They work with aircraft that stay within the earth's atmosphere such as airplanes and helicopters. ). And astronautical engineers (They work with aircraft that operate outside of the earth's atmosphere such as rockets, satellites, and other and spacecraft. ). A degree in aerospace engineering should cover them both. My brother has done Aerospace engineering from LPU. Fee per semester is 98,000 INR without scholarship. Hello!
Aeronautical engineering tends to focus on flight and activities within an atmosphere, a more dedicated field of aerospace studies that usually includes the atmosphere, but also extends into applications in space, where there is no atmosphere. Both Aerospace and Aeronautical Engineering are good branches. If you want to work in the aircraft building industry then aerospace engineering is the right course for you. However, if you look forward to work in the space industry, then aeronautical engineering is the right branch for you. My brother has done Aerospace engineering from LPU.
