It is very nice to see your enthusiasm for or doing your graduation in aerospace engineering. But, I am afraid, you cannot do this online or distance mode of education. UGC has proscribed or banned any university from offering professional courses via distance mode. In view of this, you will have to think of seeking admission in a regular college offering this branch of engineering. Best wishes to you.

Contrary to popular belief, ISRO does require candidates from Computer Science background. ISRO has been recruiting engineers from CS background from quite some time. ISRO needs CS engineers for developing (and maintaining) newer software for simulations and other operations.
