Hello Aditya,
Of course, you can become cabin crew. You only have to undertake the relevant course for which eligibility is 12th. That's all. You can become Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or AME also in similar fashion.

English plays a very important role in getting selected for the position of cabin crew.
Cabin crew form the face of the airline and they deal with a variety of passengers who may or may not know Hindi.
Hence a good command over English is essential. Infact knowledge of some other foreign languages like Arabic, German, French etc. adds to the calibre of a cabin crew.
You must improve on your English by taking some classes, only then you can expect to get selected for cabin crew position.
Good Luck !

Generally speaking, no course is required to get hired as a cabin crew and neither do Frankfinn provides any placements. You may although opt to join for grooming programmes which allows freshers to learn more about how to appear and respond during the interview. So, as I already told you that no course or training is required and even airlines do not expect you to get trained by any such institute. Hence you will have to decide as per your own requirements if you actually wish to go for such a course depending on what exactly in you, as per your own understanding requires improvement.

Definitely, you can. A job will not stop your studies. You may enroll for distance education and continue your studies further.
The job profile of an air hostess / cabin crew includes travel to various places across the network of the operator.
Hence you may not be able to attend regular college for further studies but you will always be free to attend distance education colleges and continue your studies.
