Yes male and female both have equal opportunities in avaition. Except for some airlines all others have both genders as a part of their cabin crew team. Frankfinn is a institute which provides grooming sessions for cabin crew aspirants. You may learn about how to crack the cabin crew interview. They do not provide placements.

None of them provide placement assistance, they can only help you finding the job notifications.
So it hardly matters from where you do the course.

The minimum educational requirement is usually 12th for any course related to ground staff or cabin crew. And as you've mentioned you've cleared your class 12 you can join the course.
You should still verify the eligibility from the concerned institute.
