Most of these programmes admit students based on their academic merit or national-level entrance test scores. The university accepts several exams, such as JEE Main, CUET, NATA, IPU CET, etc. Direct admission is provided only on vacant seats at the institution or college level.

AKTU admission for MCA programme is based on CUET-PG or NIMCET scores. Candidates need to provide a valid score in any of the accepted entrance exam while filling out the application form.
