Algonquin College offers co-op/internship work permit to international students based on their programme of study only. The work permit is a document that will list Algonquin College as the employer and that cannot form more than 50% of the study permit. The work permit is only important for the programme the student is specializing in. The study permit may allow on and off-campus work for students. The international students who have enrolled in the co-op programme or not will require to show the essential work experience in their programme of study.
