No, a B.Sc. course is not offered by Anna University, which is mainly recognised for its engineering and technology programs. The institution specialises in B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, MBA, and other technology and management-related undergraduate and graduate programs. Other universities in Tamil Nadu that specialise in providing undergraduate Science courses, such Madras University or Bharathiar University, would be more appropriate for students looking for B.Sc. programs.
