The language of instruction at the Antwerp Uni is Dutch. Most of the courses at this university are taught in Dutch. While a few are taught in English. If the students' first language is not English, then they have to submit a language proficiency score report (IELTS / TOEFL / PTE).

Indian students can work part time while studying at UAntwerp. They are allowed to work part time, maximum for 20 hours per week while the university is in session. At the time of holidays, there is no limit of 20 hours. A valid residence permit is required for UAntwerp students who want to part time.
