Please check for your eligibility to pursue APSET 2018 from the criteria mentioned below:
1) Candidates should have secured minimum of 55% marks (without rounding off) in their Masters degree or equivalent exam from any university/college that is recognised by UGC. Aspirants belonging to reserved cat

APSET is eligibility test for Andhra Pradesh. If you belong to the state, go ahead.

Sorry with backlogs you would not be eligible for SET/NET exam.

Yes, you are eligible for the APSET/ NET Exam.
The SET and NET exam are conducted to determine the eligibility for assistant professor and junior research fellowship award. The SET is state level while the NET is the national level exam.
