I read in a newspaper that from 2018 onwards APSET will consist of only 2 papers. Is it true?

The test is divided into three papers. Paper I is common whereas Paper II and Paper III have been merged from this academic session onwards. Please refer to the link for details: https://www.shiksha.com/teaching-education/exams/apset/pattern.

Hello Sai,The NET exam is conducted for the lectureship and the JRF Award. There are two NET Exam conducted for the above purpose i.e. UGC NET and CSIR NET Exam. UGC NET Exam is conducted for the 84 various subjects in different streams, while CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the Science stream candid

UGC NET/JRF gives eligibility to join any Higher Education institution in India. SET-State Eligibility Test is applicable to the states only.

My name is wrong in my Aadhar card. Can I give that Aadhar number in the application form? I am appearing for M.Com final exams.

Yes, of course, you can. Because You can make changes in your Aadhar at E-Mitra centre without changing the Aadhar Number. Aadhar Number will remain same, So there is no issue with the above problem.
